By submitting your order or using this site, you are signifying that you have read and agree to ALL the terms and policies on this page.

Minimum order (after any discounts and before any shipping fees) is $25. Orders under this minimum will be canceled and a refund initiated.
All Sales are Final with the exceptions of under minimum orders and artworks that arrive damaged.
US Orders Only – Credit / Debit Cards Must Have US Billing & Shipping Addresses and be drawn on a US bank.
Only click “Pay for Order” to pay for your order one time. Only one time. NO MATTER WHAT.

Credit or Debit Card Authorizations and Declined Orders:
In order to see if a credit or debit card passes security checks, an authorization to your card for the amount of the potential order must be run. If the order and card do not pass security checks, the order will be automatically declined by the payment system and will not be finalized. Your bank, however, usually holds the amount in case the order were to be finalized. Once a transaction is declined by the payment system, I do not have the ability to do anything with it. I can not collect the money because it is declined and will not be finalized. It is not possible to put the money back since I am not going to get it in the first place. The authorization funds hold will, however, be removed by your bank if the the money is not paid out, which it can not be since the transactions were declined. This happens after the time frame specified by your bank which only your bank can tell you.
Coupon Codes: Coupon codes are good only for the time period specified and discounts stated on the site or in private email communications. You MUST use the valid coupon code to receive the coupon discount. You may use only one coupon per order.
General: You must be 18 or over to purchase items online at Robyn A Harton Creative shininglight.com. shininglight.com items may contain or break into small parts which could be a choking hazard and are intended for competent adults 18+ only.
Robyn A Harton Creative Makes no representation or warranties to the opinions or other service or data you may access, download or use as a result of the products or services. All implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or use are hereby excluded.
All orders are handled on a first come, first served basis due to the individual nature of many of the items. All orders must be prepaid, including prepayment of shipping. Confirmation of information or additional details may be needed to process your order, and in this case, I will contact you. All prices shown are in US dollars and all payments must be made in US dollars.
The terms stated at the time of your order will be in effect for that order. I reserve the right to change prices at any time, and to fix or cancel orders with pricing problems due to typographical or other errors on this website. Policies and terms for any order are governed by the ones in force at the time the order is placed. I reserve the right to change my policies and terms for future orders by notifying you at this page.
Vacations, Holidays and Closings Calendar: The Office/Studio calendar of closings and vacation is here at shininglight.com terms and is the official calendar for Robyn A Harton Creative shininglight.com Days shown as closed are not considered business days. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days. Contacts, shipping and other office/studio work will resume on the first business day after any closing.
Symbolic or other meanings, metaphysical and spiritual healing lore is a spiritual help to healing, for inspiration, folklore, entertainment and reference only. It is not intended as prescription, diagnosis or medical advice. I would be devastated if someone got hurt or was ill because they read the lore on this site and decided to give up healthcare because of it. $5 Flat Rate Mail Fee
All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. All orders within the US are eligible for FREE USPS first class shipping within the USA, or Priority Mail Shipping when the item requires it.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days (business days are M-F only) to prepare your order BEFORE shipment. Weekends. holidays and vacation/office closure days do not count as business days. Then allow for shipping time. Some orders may be shipped in two packages. You will be sent an email when your order has been shipped so that you know when to expect it.
Signature or additional confirmation may be required on any order and shipment at my discretion.
Customers may request that an order by shipped to a different address than the billing address. These requests will be handled on a case by case basis and may require additional confirmation. In cases where additional confirmation is requested but not received, the order will at Robyn A Harton Creative’s discretion be shipped to the billing address or cancelled and a refund initiated.
Shipping Insurance: All USA orders $100 and up, and any other shipments at my discretion, will have postal or Endicia insurance (my discretion) and I will pay the insurance fee. Insured packages may require signature.
Security: When you go to enter your personal and payment information to checkout, your payment information is is handled by my contracted secure, PCI-DSS compliant, SSL shopping cart service and payment processing services such as PayPal, Stripe, or Securenet. All services that handle your information to process your credit card payment are PCI DSS compliant. Endicia postage processing service and the shipping service used (US Postal Service, or occasionally courier services like UPS, FedEx) will handle your address and possibly phone information only in order to deliver your order and handle any related shipping insurance. I have chosen all these world class services specifically to ensure that your personal and credit card information stays secure at all times.
Reserved Items: You may request that I hold an item for you for a period of time before you purchase it. contact me at the link above to request a reserve.
Returns & Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just contact me immediately to let me know and get return authorization. Return the items in original condition postmarked within 10 days of receipt. Regular stock items will be refunded when returned according to these terms. Clearance items are non-refundable but may be exchanged. Custom, customized, special order, and made to order jewelry items may be returned for exchange or for web-store credit. Due to the nature of some items they can not be refunded or exchanged; I will state that clearly on those items. I cannot give refunds or exchanges for items that don’t arrive back to me in the condition they left in, so please pack carefully and insure. Refunds cannot be made for items returned postmarked more than 10 days after you receive the item, not in original condition, or if you do not contact me to approve the return. In those cases, you may be eligible to receive web-store credit good for any item currently available at shininglight.com at my discretion. Gift certificate codes, shipping fees, and any handling fees are non-refundable.
Damaged In Shipping: If your item(s) arrive in a damaged condition, save ALL the boxes and packing materials, as well as the items. Then contact me immediately and I will help straighten it out. You must save all packing materials in the event that a postal or insurance inspector needs to see them for insurance purposes.
Custom, Customized, Special Order and Made to Order Items: Custom, Special Order and Made to Order items must be prepaid via PayPal and can take an up to an additional one to three weeks to get shipped depending on what it is. If you place an order for both regular stock and these special items, the regular stock items will be sent ahead. All custom, special order and made to order items must be prepaid and are non-refundable, although if for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return them for exchange or a web-store credit good for anything in stock at shininglight.com
I accept major Credit Cards and PayPal via my shopping cart . I also accept US postal money orders. I do not accept phone, fax or email orders directly, though you may contact me to request that I send you an invoice via email to be paid by postal mail. Orders will be held for up to 10 days to receive your payment. Once payment has arrived and cleared in my bank I will ship the items.
Cancellation and Refusal Policy: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason. If we have received payment, a refund for the the full amount of the payment received, including any shipping, will be Initiated at that time for that order.
Handling: At this time there is no handling charge.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be added to orders where it is required by law that I collect sales tax. At this time it is to orders shipped to addresses in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Returned Check and Other Payments: Returned money order/payment fees and order amounts may be recovered by a collection agency or other legal method as a normal part of doing business. You agree to be responsible for any fees arising from returned check or other payments.
International Orders: Not offered at this time.
This site does not automatically collect personally identifiable information from visitors which I store, except recording potentially IP addresses for which I would have to get a court order to use to attempt to identify someone — it’s for security purposes only in case of fraud and the like. It does collect aggregate, non-personally identifiable information which may be used for marketing or research purposes.
Personally Identifiable Information – Any actual personally identifiable information must be given voluntarily to me and Robyn A Harton Creative through use of shininglight.com email, email links, shopping cart, or forms, excepting the potentially personally identifiable IP address which is collected automatically for security purposes. All personally identifiable information is held in strict confidence, unless required by law to divulge that information Please note that information on any crimes reported to Robyn A Harton Creative will be forwarded to the proper authorities, including personally identifiable information. Robyn A Harton Creative does not sell, share, lease or rent any email addresses.
Use of Information – Personally identifiable information such as name, email address, phone number, postal address, and IP address, is used to process purchases, to contact individuals regarding purchases, special offers, new items, and for fraud screening, security, legal, or other legitimate business purposes, by Robyn A Harton Creative. Financial information such as credit card numbers or other items are only transmitted to my payment processors to process purchases of services or goods, or as required by law.
Third Party Service Providers – This site uses the service of third party service providers such as our web host, mailing list provider, shopping cart service, credit card processing services, etc. as necessary to do business online. We are confident that these providers hold your privacy in the same esteem we do.
Also please note: I may at any time use Remarketing with Google Analytics to advertise online. Third-party vendors, including Google, show my ads on sites across the Internet. I and third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits to my website.. Any data from Google’s Interest-based advertising or 3rd-party audience data (such as age, gender and interests) used with Google Analytics is used for marketing purposes, ad serving, and business use.

Child Protection – While I do not have children of my own, protecting children is important to me. Children are our future! This site is a commercial site and, as such, is not intended for use by children. Should a child contact Robyn A Harton Creative through this site and inform us that he or she is 13 years of age or younger, we will, as provided by the Child Online Privacy Protection Act, respond to that child once and subsequently destroy all personally identifiable information relating to that child. We do not have repeated contacts with anyone we know to be a child via this site unless a parent or guardian contacts us via postal mail or fax to give permission to do so.
Wholesale: I am not able to offer wholesale or bulk pricing.
